Easy Nut and Seed Mix

I love EASY and I love NUTRIENT DENSE. This recipe is just ingredients you already have (likely) in your cupboard. I keep it on hand at all times and can add a healthy dose of protein and nutrients to my food. It can be added it to my stovetop granola or banana nice cream (see blog posts) or you could add it into your cookies, banana breads, streusel topping. Get creative!
Ingredients:
Equal parts of all or some of the following:
Small bits:
Flaxseed meal
Chia seeds
Pumpkin seeds
Hemp seeds
Flaxseeds
Sunflower seeds
Cacao nibs
Coconut flakes (unsweetened)
Large bits (roughly chopped):
Walnuts
Almonds
Brazil nuts
Hazel nuts
Pecans
Pistachios
Spices (one or any combination) amount to taste:
Cinnamon
Pumpkin pie spice
Chai spice
Cardamom
Vanilla powder
Cacao powder
Throw your small and large bits into a large bowl. Add you spice of choice and a pinch or two of salt (optional). Store in an airtight container. Will keep for 2-3 weeks depending upon how fresh the nuts are.

Little touches like the graceful line created by the polished bevels on the lugs, and the way the bezel is actually set into the top of the case rather than just sitting on top of it, help tie things together as well; they're not grand gestures and so, link perhaps a bit easy to miss but they do show that CFB put care and link thought into how they link moved from the basic engineering aspects of the movement, to producing the final result.
